On 17.02.18 - After a luxurious journey in the Kelburne party bus (Millennium Executive Travel) to Kinross the Kelburne girls were ready and raring to go. With some youngsters coming in from the 3s the team came out of the traps at some pace scoring 2 goals in the first 10 minutes, Jenny C getting her stick on the end of some crashing passes into the D. Taking the foot of the gas Kinross managed to find some holes through the Kelburne defence and brought back to 2-2 at half time. After a rousing talk at half time the girls were fired up and ready to go again. Kinross had other ideas and pushed forward finding a small gap to slot the ball into the goal. With a late surge Drew Berry went on a skillful run into the D pulled the ball on to her reverse stick and smacked the ball into the back of the net. With only minutes to Kelburne were awarded 2 short corners the first skimming past the post from top D. The second attempt was slotted left to Captain Jen Morgan who swept the ball into the left hand corner to win the game 4-3!
