IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS
A start-up meeting of the event organising committee and all event volunteers will be held at the club (downstairs lounge) on;
Wednesday 3rd February at 7:00pm.
It is important that all those involved / volunteering make every attempt to attend as your input and understanding of your role will be vital to the success of the event. So please make every effort to attend.
